Available for download on both IOS and Android, Dojo takes trainees through the full gamut of training, from fighting techniques, to cardio, and strength. Mike also divides Dojo into three tiers of training levels, with Phase 1 focused on fundamental techniques, the bedrock of training every martial artist knows well.
Phase 2 is the “Attack” stage, taking trainees through the training methodology to perfect their techniques for actual fighting and cardiovascular effectiveness.
Phase 3, “The Finish”, wraps the whole package up with fighting combos to maximize every trainee’s ability to fully apply them.

As stated above, Mike is as great a sensei as any student of practically any discipline could hope to study under. Having won countless martial arts championships in the early days of his training, Mike knows martial arts on the most internal, warrior level that every true martial arts student strives for.
This is something he frequently draws upon for his work in martial arts films, from analyzing every opponent’s strengths and weaknesses as a natural fighting strategy in “Blood and Bone” to showing how to perfect a punch against a sheet of paper in “Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown”.
Those same principles are vital to any student’s success in a dojo, and Mike’s program layout in Dojo makes sure they are the cornerstone of the martial arts ethos he and the training program present.
In an age where the internet, social media, and digital downloads have made martial arts training programs more internationally accessible than ever before, Dojo with Michael Jai White is one for martial artists of every background and discipline to enter in order to take their training to the next level!
