The seminar will be split into Under 16’s from 2:30pm to 3:45pm and Adults from 4pm to 5:45pm. Junior tickets are £20 to take part or £10 for spectators, and for Adults, £30 to take part or £15 for spectators.

There are limited spaces available and are expected to sell out fast. There will also be a photo and autograph opportunity. You can book your ticket from today, via this link – don’t miss out!

Influenced by the movies of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, Glen began training in martial arts and gymnastics in 1995. He made his first of many visits to Malaysia and Singapore in 1998 to learn Chin Woo kung fu under the supervision of Master Teng Wie Yoo. Glen is the author of "The Art of Coaching" and "Fearless The Story of Chin Woo Kung Fu", and runs a kung fu & kickboxing school in Hertfordshire, England.
