Fun Friday – Master Ken welcomes back the Karate Hottie!

Michelle Waterson, better known to MMA fans as “The Karate Hottie”, is currently hard at work gearing up for her upcoming fight against Yasuko Tamada at the upcoming Invicta FC 8 on September 6th in Kansas City, Missouri. With 11 victories under her belt, it appears to the untrained eye that she’s doing something right, but unfortunately, her winning streak can be entirely attributed to sheer luck and the fact that almost every opponent she has faced has been even less knowledgeable about the art of combat than she is.

Master Ken certainly knows this to be the case. He welcomed Ms. Waterson into his dojo last year in an episode of his acclaimed web-show “Enter the Dojo”, and pointed out the almost innumerable number of flaws in one of her signature techniques, the axe kick. However, Ms. Waterson would not heed Master Ken’s words and continues to go about fighting with her normal strategy and set of skills. Fortunately, Master Ken is far too eager to see every martial artist reach their highest potential to simply shut Ms. Waterson out in the cold after one lesson, and he’s invited her back to his dojo for further re-education in his street lethal art of Ameri-Do-Te. The secret behind the undefeatable martial art, the deadliest ever devised in history, is that it is a hybrid of the most effective techniques of all martial arts in existence while throwing out all of the useless garbage that makes up the bulk of every fighting system. Hence the Ameri-Do-Te phrase, “Best of All, Worst of None”. And even better for Ms. Waterson is the fact that Master Ken just happens to be the greatest martial arts master to ever walk the Earth and the world’s only 11th degree black belt. With Master Ken in her corner, The Karate Hottie’s next opponent is sure to have a date with the iron fist of defeat in their upcoming fight (provided that Ms. Waterson actually listens to Master Ken this time, of course!)
