  1. Great interview, sir! And great advice on how to practice and keep up throughout daily life. It reminds me of Boyka saying “We can see this as work, or we can see this as training.” Now, if I can just work on that kick you’re doing in the first pic….

  2. Great interview, Master Low. BTW, when you were in Indy 4, you weren’t, by any chance, one of the Temple warriors Indy encounters, were you?

  3. Well said, sir! I’ve always likened “The Raid” to a reverse-“Die Hard” (this time, it’s the good guys invaded the high rise building) crossed with Bruce Lee’s “Game of Death” (ascending the levels with progressively more formidable opponents.) And few villains have ever stolen the show like Mad Dog did!

  4. Well-written review, sir! I first saw “Born to Fight” about about a year and a half ago, literally after seeing it out of the corner of my eye in the Action section at the local MovieStop. I knew of Panna Rittikrai and his tutelage of Tony Jaa, so seeing where the mentor started was certainly a no-brainer, and stumbling across something that good that has been around for that long is truly a case of X-marking the spot!

  5. Best of luck, sir! Give him nothing and take from him everything!

  6. Great interview, Ms. Okadigbo. I wish you great success with the stunt register, and look forward to seeing “Flowers of Sarnia”. Having recently reviewed “Warrioress” for KFK, Babes with Blades can officially claim a new fan in me!

  7. A personal favorite of mine and true gem in the pantheon of martial arts films as a whole, and the work of Jet Li specifically – in my opinion, “Fearless” tops even “Fist of Legend”. Great review, sir!

  8. Right you are!

  9. My personal favorite Chuck Norris fact:

Chuck Norris once urinated in a semi truck’s gas tank as a joke.

That truck is now known as Optimus Prime.

  10. Great interview with a true legend of kickboxing! I’ll most certainly be checking out your book in the very near future, Flash!

  11. I have to say,(one of) my big geek out moment(s) came with Gouken’s line: “There is a Chinese proverb that goes, ‘There are many paths to the top of the mountain, but the view is always the same.’ I learned this from a great kung fu master by the name of Gen, with whom I fought and exchanged knowledge many years ago.” That brought on my gleeful gadouken!

  12. Excellent interview! It’s a true pleasure to have you speak to KFK, Marrese! In my humble opinion, you really stole the show in TYG2 in the same way that Mad Dog did in The Raid! I greatly look forward to seeing you in action on the big screen again, sir!
