An accomplished stunt woman and Silat expert, Cecily has recently established the Warrior School in Dragons Holt, Somerton, where she takes students through weekend (and longer) intensive courses in all the various aspects of Silat, as well as weapons training, meditation, traditional Silat forms called “Seni”, and Indonesian Yoga, amongst other areas of instruction.
