Fun Friday – Master Ken shows his Kill Face

In the vast pantheon of techniques found within each martial art, each varies in the degree of damage it can inflict upon the person on the receiving end. A simple punch or kick, delivered with enough power, can do anything from bruise muscles or break bones to knock the opponent out cold and end the fight with one strike. A choke or joint manipulation has the same variance in effectiveness, from simply forcing the opponent to cease their attack to rendering him or her unconscious. But what of techniques that go beyond such immediate levels of effectiveness and cause internal damage  to incapacitate or, in extreme cases, even kill the opponent? Pressure point strikes are the most obvious examples of this, the elusive and extremely deadly art of striking points on the opponents body to inflict severe internal damage. Yet, there is one technique in all of martial arts that far exceeds even the most lethal of combat tools, one that afford the user the ability to fell the enemy without even making contact with their body. It is, of course, the dreaded and fabled Kill Face found in the fighting arsenal of the world’s most powerful martial art, Ameri-Do-Te!

Created by Master Ken, history’s most respected and feared martial artist and the only 11th degree black belt to walk the Earth, the Kill Face grants the user the power to literally frighten the opponent into defeat, and quite possibly into permanent injury or even death if the wielder so desires. Indeed, a fighter lacking the Kill Face in his or her arsenal to attack a master of the technique arguably makes unleashing the technique on such an enemy classifiable as an assisted suicide. Bearing in mind all of these factors, Master Ken has kindly agreed to bend his normal policy of not, under any circumstances, filming his Kill Face or allowing anyone to see it directly unless his or another person’s life is in danger. For this special piece, the first of its kind in KFK’s history, Master Ken has provided an artistic rendering of his Kill Face for viewers to gain a proper understanding of how to execute one. It should be noted that even a mere drawing of Master Ken’s Kill Face, while only possessing approximately 1% of the actual techniques effectiveness, is still powerful enough to cause cardiac arrest in an elephant. Attempting the Kill Face in front of a reflective surface is NOT recommended, and no practitioner of the technique should make use of it unless his or her life is in clear, immediate danger. So, without further adieu, KFK presents the artistic rendering of Master Ken’s Kill Face – if children, the elderly, or any person with a heart condition is watching, we strongly advise that they leave the room at once. All other viewers are advised to consult the nearest clergyman before pressing play, and to otherwise brace themselves!
