The Assassin competition!

It’s time for another KFK competition giveaway, readers! Today, it’s for Hou Hsiao-Hsien’s acclaimed martial arts drama, “The Assassin”, which is currently being released in the U.S. courtesy of the good people at Well Go USA!

Set during China’s Tang Dynasty in the 8th century, “The Assassin” is adapted from the late 9th century martial arts wuxia story “Nie Yinniang” by Pei Xing. It centers on the titular assassin, portrayed by Shu Qi, who’s been tasked with taking out corrupt government officials by her master (a nun named Jiaxin) who raised her. When Yinniang balks at carrying out her duty, Jiaxin gives her an assignment designed to put Yinniang to the ultimate test: venturing to the province of Weibo to kill its military leader Tian J’ian — the cousin she had once been betrothed to.

Now’s the fun part! Win your own copy on Blu-ray or DVD by simply answering the following easy question:

In which film does Shu Qi appear alongside Jason Statham?

A. The Transporter

B. So Close

C. Legend of the Fist: The Return of Chen Zhen
