Tekken 7: Tale of the Tape – Akuma vs Claudio Serafino!

“Tekken 7” has of course hit video game shelves, and as expected, it’s been another hit for the King of Iron Fist Tournament – and of course, that can mean only one thing. You guessed it – It’s time for another Tekken: Tale of the Tape here on KFK, pitting two of the newest characters in the franchise against one another. Today, it’s Akuma vs Claudio Serafino!

Akuma

Unlike most combatants in the King of Iron Fist Tournament, Akuma originates not in the “Tekken” franchise, but in the equally acclaimed “Street Fighter” series. Formerly known as Gouki, he was a practitioner of the ancient Japanese martial art of Ansatsuken who became obsessed with mastering the esoteric technique “Satsui No Hado”, or Dark Hado. Unfortunately, his quest consumed his soul and led him to shed the blood of his own master, Goutetsu. With his determination to take down Heihachi and Kazuya Mishima, and his past relationship with Heihachi’s wife, Kazumi, Akuma’s presence could make for the bloodiest King of Iron Fist Tournament yet!

Claudio Serafino

This master combatant hailing from Italy serves as the leader of the Archers of Sirius, an underground organization dedicated to purging the world of the threat posed by the Devil Gene that has plagued the Mishima family bloodline. When the Archers were approached with an offer of a partnership with the Mishima Zaibatsu, they naturally refused. However, Claudio sees this as an opportunity to get closer to the Mishima’s than ever before and he enters the next King of Iron Fist tournament to uncover their true motives and put an end to the Devil Gene once and for all.

And that wraps up our second Tekken: Tale of the Tape. Will Akumaor Claudio be the victor? You’ll just have to pop in Tekken 7 to find out. In the meantime, stay tuned for more Tekken 7: Tale of the Tape on KFK!
