Fun Friday – Happy Holidays From Master Ken !

The holiday season is upon us once again! The month of December is without a doubt the most festive time of the year for countless billions of people throughout the world. With every holiday season comes innumerable traditions that are part of what make this, as the Peanuts once observed, our favorite time of year. Many of us will make the trek across cities, states, provinces, and even entire countries and the oceans between them to spend this joyous time of year with members of our extended family and gather for a bountiful feast on Christmas Day. Then, of course, comes the gift exchange, another holiday tradition that has spanned centuries and continues to this day. However, for those of us in the world of martial arts, could there be any greater gift at this time of year than a belt promotion?

“Of course not!” says Master Ken, the deadliest martial artist to ever live and the world’s only 11th degree black belt. As the founder of the most flawless martial art ever devised, Ameri-Do-Te, Master Ken knows that there can be no greater holiday joy for an Ameri-Do-Te practitioner than to ascend to his or her next belt ranking at this time of year. Just one of the countless features that sets Ameri-Do-Te above and apart from every other useless martial art ever created is that all students in the art advance at the same rate, meaning that when one student is ready to rise to the next level, all of them are. That’s what makes the holidays such a heartwarming time of year in Master Ken’s New Mexico dojo – seeing every one of his students progress to the next level of Ameri-Do-Te all at once. When you’re ready to jump ship from whatever idiotic martial art you’re in the midst of foolishly devoting yourself to right now and take up Ameri-Do-Te, you will be able to partake in this festive holiday experience, as well!
