Brutal gets a second (brutal) trailer!

Remember that first trailer for the upcoming MMA-thriller “Brutal”? Remember how much it lived up to its name? Well, let’s say trailer number two makes that first one look like The Lego Movie. If you’re in the presence of children, or have trouble with the sight of blood, you may want to think twice before hitting the play button. You have been warned!

Trailer

Talk about Brutal! This flick has gone from living up to its title to needing a much more fitting one! When punches land, the accompanying sound effect sounds more like a two-by-four than a fist strike, and let’s not even get started on what happens to one of the combatants arms (or the sound effect that comes with THAT!)

The film features Morgan Benoit of “The Forbidden Kingdom” as a young man named Trevor, who is kidnapped by otherworldly forces at the age of fifteen and spends the next twenty years being pitted against other abductees in, well, Brutal martial arts fights. The film is set to premiere at Beverly Hills Samuel Goldwyn Theater on November 5th. Let’s hope none of them have eaten anything before the film starts!
