Cengiz Dervis reveals “John West workout”!

Talented independent filmmaker, distinguished martial arts expert and rising action star Cengiz Dervis, has built up an ever-increasing level of notoriety, but now he’s ready to take on his biggest role yet in the upcoming action thriller, “By Any Name”.

Based on the number one best-selling novel by Katherine John, the film follows a man by the name of John West who awakens in a hospital bed to find his memory has disappeared. John has little time to piece his life together, however as he quickly finds himself on the run from some shadowy government agents. With the aid of his doctor Elizabeth, he quickly discovers he’s more than capable of holding his own against those trying to track him down.

Like martial arts training itself, the making of a good action movie requires focus, discipline, and dedication. Cengiz, the true professional that he is, underwent an intense training program in order to prepare for the films’s action heavy, “Bourne”-esque premise to be able to inject life into the character of John West.

Unlike your average magician, however, Cengiz is willing to reveal the secret to his preparation for “By Any Name”. What would you give to know more? Now, we’re not saying you have to break a coconut with your hand like Cengiz did in response to our KFK Action Challenge, but be at least willing to implement a few of his cool training tips!  See his “Dim Mak”, aka “Death Touch” video shout out below.  (PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS WITHOUT APPROPRIATE TRAINING OR SUPERVISION!)

Now, you too can awaken the John West within you and get yourself into the kind of awesome, lean, mean shape needed to be a self-made action hero! Here is the John West training schedule, courtesy of Mr.Cengiz Dervis!
