Skin Trade trailer debuts on YouTube!

2015 is shaping up to be the Year of the Jaa for martial arts fans!  In the same year, Thailand’s acclaimed action star Tony Jaa will make both his Hollywood and Hong Kong debuts side-by-side with “Fast and Furious 7” and “Sha Po Lang II“, respectively. However, that’s not all he’s up to, as you can clearly see with the newly released trailer for the upcoming “Skin Trade”.

Almost like a Thai version of “The Expendables”, Jaa is joined by Dolph Lundgren and Michael Jai White, along with Celina Jade, Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa, Ron Perlman, and even Robocop himself, Peter Weller!  Co-written by Lundgren alongside John Hyams, Gabriel Dowrick, and Steven Elder, the film will deal with the real-world issue of human trafficking.

Lundgren, who first began writing the film in 2007 after being horrified by grim statistics and images of human trafficking, portrays an NYPD officer who tracks down the ruthless killers of his family to Bangkok, where he learns they run a human trafficking ring. Lundgren then join forces with Tony Jaa as a Bangkok cop to bring down the ring.

“Skin Trade” will make its debut sometime in 2015. Be sure to follow the film’s official Twitter  and Facebook pages for more information about its upcoming release…!
