Hero Training with Amy Johnston!

Stuntwoman and KFK Hall of Famer Amy Johnston is certainly a familiar face to action fans, following her recent appearances in 2017’s “Lady Bloodfight” and Scott Adkins’ passion project “Accident Man“. She has a list of stunt credits on such action hits as “Deadpool“, “Dragonball Z: Light of Hope”, “Raze”, and “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”. Now, Amy is giving audiences around the world a behind the scenes look at the intense training done by stunt people, professional fighters, and other physically demanding endeavors with her new YouTube series, “Hero Training”. No word yet on whether Amy plans to launch a parallel “Villain Training”, though one has to assume that, following her appearance as Harley Quinn on the web-series “Super Power Beatdown“, she probably has some degree of expertise in this arena, as well!

As Amy explains in her introduction to the new series above, each episode will see her train alongside stunt professionals and fighting champions to give viewers a glimpse into the full-on training routines and mastery of mind and body needed to excel in each of her guest’s speciality.

The series’ first episode, which you can see below, sees Amy training alongside her fellow stunt performer Emilien DeFalco, whose stunt background includes “District B13: Ultimatum”, “Jean-Claude Van Johnson”, “World’s End”, and Spike TV’s “Deadliest Warrior”. However, viewers will most certainly know him best from his appearance opposite Scott Adkins in “Boyka: Undisputed 4“!

“Hero Training” will drop its newest episode on Mondays at 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Be sure to follow Amy’s YouTube channel, Facebook and Twitter pages, to catch each exciting video as soon as its online!
