Drained World pilot arrives July 12th

Fasten your seat belts, action fans – Z-Team Films’ long-awaited web-series “Drained World” is set to debut its pilot episode on July 12th.

“Drained” is certainly a fitting term to describe the post-apocalyptic future of 2080, and the series’ official synopsis gives a glimpse into its world:

“Drained World is set in 2080, many years after the end of the Third World War which saw the near-eradication of the human population due to constant violence and conflict. Those who’ve survived live in continuous strife. Money holds no vice, not in this new world – clean water and edible food serve as the new barter, and people do not hesitate to end lives to survive.”

The series marks the next major outing for Z-Team Films, who previously released their first feature film, “Die Fighting” through Video On Demand platforms in November. The film won several awards at the 2014 Action on Film Festival prior to its release, and the Z-Team continued that winning streak with “Drained World”, winning the award for Best Web-Series at the WideScreen Film and Music Video Festival back in March.  Recently Lohan Buson and Fabien Garcia, gave an awesome shout-out, as well, check it out!
