Unlucky Stars Released on VOD!

It’s been a long time coming, but writer-director Dennis Ruel’s outstanding homage to the old school days of Hong Kong action flicks, “Unlucky Stars”, has finally been released through Video On Demand platforms by 108 Media! Check out the latest trailer below for a quick glimpse of the film.

All of the VOD platforms currently distributing the film can be found below. At KFK, we had the great privilege of seeing the film about a year ago, and during that time, the film was a huge hit at the 2015 Action on Film Festival. Rest assured that lovers of martial arts action are in for a huge treat so don’t miss “Unlucky Stars”. Check out KFK’s official review of the film right here to see what we mean!

From the earliest days of childhood, Brad Curran was utterly fascinated by martial arts, his passion only growing stronger after spending time living in the melting pot of Asian cultures that is Hawaii. His early exposure developed into a lifelong passion and fascination with all forms of martial arts and tremendous passion for action and martial arts films. He would go on to take a number of different martial arts forms, including Shaolin Ch'uan fa, Taekwondo, Shotokan Karate and remains a devoted student, avid and eager to continue his martial arts studies. Brad is also an aspiring writer and deeply desires to share his love for martial arts and martial arts movies with the world!
