The Fight Room trailer arrives!

If the trailer for “Brutal” lived up to its name in content (and BOY, did it!), the forthcoming web-series “The Fight Room” looks even more worthy of the title it carries, as evidenced by its own trailer!

Under the direction of Niall Johnson with fight choreography from Christian Howard of “Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist”, the series will focus upon the world of underground death matches, as revealed within the official synopsis:

“The Fight Room – a place where women enter a tournament to fight for their lives, for their freedom. Women that have been taken from their homes, from their families. To fight for the gratification of the faceless many who pay to seem them bleed. In the leaking and dark bunker where they are held, and where every moment is spent preparing them for one fight after another, will Toni be able to keep herself strong – and sane – long enough to rally the other for one final fight; a final fight against those that hold them captive?”

The series will feature it’s co-writers Gillian MacGregor and Emily Corcoran, alongside Zara Pythian who can be seen throwing many a flashy kicks in the trailer below. Hey, who’s gonna complain about that? Keep your eyes open for the series pilot which should be dropping later this year. In the meantime, be sure to check out the trailer for the series above!
