Street Fighter Assassin’s Fist final trailer!

After months of Q&A videos, online tidbits, and teaser trailers, each more fantastic than the last, fans of the long-running “Street Fighter” video game series have now been given one last appetizer before the main course – the final full trailer for the long-awaited live-action reboot “Street Fighter Assassin’s Fist”, and with it, a release date of May 23rd!

The teasers leading up to the final trailer have consistently gotten better and given “Street Fighter” fans progressively greater cause to believe that “Assassin’s Fist” will finally be the live-action incarnation of the games that they’ve waited decades for. The newest trailer raises the anticipation level even further by promising fans an epic martial arts saga that brings the world of Ryu and Ken to life like never before.

The game’s trademark techniques of Hadoukens and Shoryukens take center stage in the new trailer after being consistently shafted in the previous attempts at bringing the series to life in live-action, and signature moves drawn from each character’s respective fighting style make their presence unequivocally seen and heard, as well.

In short, the latest trailer solidifies for any “Street Fighter” fan that “Assassin’s Fist” is exactly what they hoped they were getting with the last two adaptations. Not to mention giving the world its first good look at Akuma, who up until now has been kept in the shadows,  who is portrayed by the series’ director Joey Ansah, no less!

Set your calendars for May 23rd! It’s gonna be a LOOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG two weeks!
