Interview with Jesse Jane McParland

Little Jesse Jane McParland, aka JJ Golden Dragon, at just 9 years old has wowed and impressed the Britain’s Got Talent judges, audiences and millions of viewers around the world with her jaw-dropping display of martial arts manoeuvres.

Her skills which belie her diminutive size are anything but small though; she’s won an incredible total of 172 titles which only serve to confirm her status as a big player in the martial arts world.

The young ninja princess has even featured in a Hollywood movie aptly called “The Martial Arts Kid” alongside martial arts legends and actors Don ‘The Dragon’ Wilson and Cynthia ‘Lady Dragon’ Rothrock (who incidentally gave her the name ‘Golden Dragon’).

Although Jesse was busy preparing in London for the next round of Britain’s Got Talent she happily took some time out to tell us a bit more about her passion for the martial arts and what being a real “ninja” is really all about -and as adorable as she is, we certainly weren’t about to argue with her!

So, how do you think Jesse will do? Stay tuned to Britain’s Got Talent to find out!

With thanks to Jesse’s parents Gary and Sinead, Masters Jeff and Luke Scott (a couple of Jesse’s instructors) and Britain’s Got Talent for their kind assistance.

Check out her Facebook page to keep up to date!
