Happy Birthday Cynthia Rothrock!

Cynthia Rothrock turns….57 today, and she still looks incredibly young! She’s distinguished herself as the queen of martial arts movies and starred in 45 martial arts/action movies over the past three decades. If that wasn’t enough, she’s also an incredible influence to many a rising female action star.

You can read more about her in both parts of our interview, part 1 and part 2.

See her in action against legendary Hwang Jang Lee:

She also starred in Golden Harvest’s Above the Law (1986) directed by action maestro Corey Yuen and starring Yuen Biao:

Here’s a fight compilation we found from the film Magic Crystal featuring Cynthia, Richard Norton and Andy Lau:

  • An absolute legend of martial arts! We certainly extend our sincerest Happy Birthday to Cynthia Rothrock today, 57 and still going strong! Personally, I think she looks younger now than she did in the early nineties!

    • I think that's proof that martial arts keeps you young, not all these fancy creams! ;-)
