Brothers trailer arrives!

MMA fans are readying themselves for a taste of Bollywood action with the upcoming “Brothers”. A remake of the 2011 MMA drama “Warrior”, the film pairs Bollywood star Akshay Kumar with newcomer Sidharth Malhotra in the roles of two bitterly estranged brothers competing against one another in an MMA tournament, originally portrayed by Joel Edgerton and Tom Hardy. The film is set to release in India on August 14th, and fans can now catch a glimpse of what to expect thanks to the new trailer!

Handling the film’s fight choreography, which judging from the trailer looks fantastic, are Eric Brown, Justin Yu, Emmanuel Manzanares, and Vlad Rimburg. Brown and Yu previously performed stuntwork in 2014’s “John Wick“, while Manzanares and Rimburg can both be seen in the upcoming homage to 80’s Hong Kong action flicks, “Unlucky Stars“. Rimburg also regularly puts out amazing action short films on YouTube that rival anything you’d see on a theater screen – be sure to give his YouTube Channel a look to check out his gift for action direction!

“Brothers” drops in India on August 14th. Stay tuned for more info on its upcoming release!
