Action Turkey’s latest short “Escape”!

In the age of the internet and social media, YouTube has emerged as a kind of launching pad for aspiring action filmmakers, the latest one being Aziz Cem of Action Turkey. His latest short film, “Escape” (“Kacis” in Turkish) showcases Cem’s skills as both a martial artist and action director, both of which are noteworthy.

Cem plays a prisoner desperate to escape his confinement in Istanbul to make it back to his girlfriend in Poland. He finally makes a successful jail break, but of course, achieving his freedom is one thing, keeping it is quite another. To get to the woman he loves, he’ll have to fight his way past his aggressive pursuers or risk being thrown back into the slammer for good.

Be sure to follow Action Turkey’s official YouTube Channel for more kung fu goodness, and there’s also a video detailing the making of the visual effects of “Escape” below!
